With just over 6,500 square feet of space, the Bank at the Bellagio is far from the largest nightclub in Las Vegas, but as the name suggests, it is one of the poshest.
The Bank is a creation of the Light Group, one of the biggest names in Vegas nightlife, so guests should expect a first class experience from the moment they walk through the entrance and descend the elegant staircase to access the main floor.
The popular nightlife venue occupies prime real estate at the heart of the Strip making it easy to get to from just about everywhere. The sophisticated black and gold décor tantalizes the eyes as crystals hanging from the black ceiling create a shimmering environment that sets the mood. Additional ambient and mood lighting built into the ceiling and floor panels were custom designed for this gem of a boutique nightclub.
The club is set up on two levels and each has its own dedicated bar to ensure the libations flow smoothly all night long. VIP seating is on the ground level and tiered to provide good views of the DJ booth and dance floor. The second level features gold railings and a bird’s eye view of the DJ du jour. Encased in glass, the raised dance floor is the focal point of the main floor and has islands where go-go dancers do their thing.
This swanky venue attracts the elite in the entertainment business. A steady stream of A-list celebrity hosts and performances by Grammy winning artists, international DJ sensations and outstanding local talent keep the party going four nights a week.
Fancy a bit of pomp and circumstance with your adult beverage? You have come to exactly the right place. There is nothing discrete about the bottle service at the Bank. Servers conduct a grand presentation with the bottle of choice encased in a diamond-shaped box glowing with blue light.
This Bank is one of the few you will find anywhere that stays open until dawn Thursday through Sunday. Sunday night is Industry Night with specials for local industry workers and resident DJs Karma and IKON providing the sounds. Glitz & Glamour Champagne Thursdays cater to the ladies with complimentary entry and an open champagne bar. DJs Madd Maxx and Greg Lopez keep the beats going all night long.
Guests can expect big name entertainment on any given weekend, but especially during New Year’s, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Halloween and other major holidays. A list of past performers is a virtual Who’s Who of music industry giants, including Common, Ciara, Foster the People, Ne-Yo and Nelly.
The nightclub sits in the northwest corner of the resort adjacent to the Race and Sports Book and near Yellowtail and Fix. The resort’s North Valet entrance is the closest if you arrive by taxi, limo, or private car.
Getting in can take some time for those without a table reservation because it can be tough to gain access to the doorman. Even those with reservations should arrive early to avoid wasting precious party time standing behind the velvet rope. Tables are located in the upper balcony, within the area surrounding the dance floor and directly on the dance floor. The club can sometimes accommodate groups of more than 30 in the side room. As with most Las Vegas nightclubs, the Bank’s strict dress code prohibits athletic wear of any kind, sneakers, and hats. Men should wear a sport coat and collared shirt to avoid being turned away at the door.
