Despite its close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip, Liquid Pool Lounge at Aria will make you feel like you are worlds away. Hidden away behind the resort’s main pool complex is this adult only pool club where bikini-clad beauties and the men who love them soak in the sun and sip on decadent libations. Live DJs crank out the sounds and keep the party going until sunset.
Aria is part of the massive City Center complex, located south of the Bellagio. The city within Sin City is known for its upscale environment and chic décor so Liquid fits right in. Towering palms surround the perimeter offering privacy for guests and only adding to the seclusion of this tropical getaway. Maximum capacity is approximately 800 people but the venue’s layout allows for enough room to spread out that guests don’t feel overly crowded.
Guests who want to mingle with the masses while they party can relax on one of the daybeds or chaise lounges arranged around the main pool, which offers 1,200 square feet of liquid refreshment. Janus Et Cie designed the handcrafted wicker furniture used throughout the 16,000 square feet pool paradise.
Those looking for a more private poolside experience can reserve one of the property’s eight grand cabanas. Cabanas offer comfortable furniture and a shady place to kick back and enjoy the surroundings while sipping on cocktails or enjoying selections from the poolside dining menu. Each cabana is spacious enough to accommodate groups up to 14. They are equipped with a mini fridge to keep drinks ice cold, a privacy drape, a ceiling fan and a 40” flat screen television. Cabana rental also offers access to a private pool and two daybeds for lounging by the water.
Liquid’s restaurant seats 50 and offers outside dining with a specialty menu prepared by executive chef Brian Massie. Liquid has an extensive drink menu with premium cordials, spirits and champagnes. Champagne selections include everything from the moderately priced Moet & Chandon Imperial to the Dom Rose 3L, which will set you back nearly $12,000 per bottle. Specialty cocktails are served in single serving cups, 32 oz souvenir Liquid cups or pitchers. Choose from frozen fruit drinks, mojitos or sangria. The Liquid Fusion is a signature cocktail made with Skyy Infusion Passion Fruit, X-rated Fusion Liqueur, blood orange puree, fresh lemon juice and rock candy syrup. Another popular choice is the Liquid Mai Tai mixed with Atlantico Platino Rum, Atlantico Reserva Rum, orange juice and pineapple juice.
Party planners looking for a luxurious venue for groups of any size can rent out the space for birthday parties, corporate fundraisers, group reunions or any other special occasion. The grand cabanas can be separated to form up to sixteen single cabanas to accommodate smaller groups of party attendees. Add-on options include catering with a full service bar, DJ service, quality sound system, 40-inch plasma TV screens and use of the luxury pools.
