Sunbathing beauties who hate tan lines love Bare Pool Lounge, a tropical hideaway tucked away in a secluded area at the Mirage. Access via the Street of Shops is available only to guests 21 and older offering the best adult daylife experience. Follow the winding path lined with lush vegetation and elegant sculptures and step into a 14,000 square foot paradise surrounded by towering palm trees.
The name says it all because this popular summer hangout not only allows European-style sunbathing but encourages it for ladies who are bold enough to drop the top. Sexy model/servers make sure guests have everything they need while soaking up the sun.
Tasty treats available on the poolside dining menu include tantalizing appetizers, salads prepared with the freshest produce, mouthwatering paninis, fresh pizza and a selection of entrees. Brian Massie, the corporate executive chef for the Light Group prepared the menus especially for Bare Pool Lounge guests. Quench your thirst with flavored Mojitos, Bloody Marys and signature cocktails served individually or by the pitcher. One of the venue’s signature drinks is the Bare Mai Tai. This fruity concoction is made with Bacardi Silver rum, Malibu rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine and Myers Float. Bottle service options include top shelf liquors and premium champagnes.
Guest and resident DJs keep the good vibes going for guests as they kick back in cushy chaise lounges arranged on the main pool deck. Take your day by the pool to the next level by reserving one of the venue’s four tables, six cabanas, eight daybeds or eight VIP daybeds with attached umbrellas offering a welcome respite from the blazing sun. VIP amenities include chilled cucumbers to soothe tired eyes, iced towels infused with lemon and chilled Evian misting bottles to provide relief from the heat.
The elevated VIP area overlooks the main pool deck and offers great views of the DJ booth and all the action. A flat screen TV allows sports fans to catch the latest game while lounging in the sun and enjoying the other amenities. Guests who need to relieve stress can pay an additional fee to have a professional masseuse provide a relaxing poolside massage.
When the heat becomes too much, cool down in one of Bare’s two luxurious dipping pools. Each level has its own pool. The one in the upper VIP level is an infinity pool with glass sides offering interesting views for guests partying on the lower level. The main pool on the lower deck is shallow at both ends for lounging and deeper in the middle for dipping.
Bare Pool Lounge is open to the public daily until 6 pm. Industry Mondays features resident DJs IKON and Karma and complimentary admission for locals with valid identification.
After dark, the venue transforms into an exclusive party venue and can be rented out for bachelor parties, birthday celebrations, corporate events and other special occasions. Any private event in this tropical setting is sure to be a hit with everyone in attendance. The venue can accommodate groups of 50 to 550 people with a full service bar, private restrooms and cabanas, chaise lounge chairs and daybeds where guest can relax. Catering services are provided exclusively by the Mirage. A state of the art sound system and DJ services provide music for dancing. Optional add-ons include a built-in stage for live performances and lighting packages that will add a dramatic touch to any event. Party coordinators can also opt to have Bare’s custom-built glass dance floor installed over the main pool on the lower deck. Venue hosts can put together a custom package to suit any need for an unforgettable party experience underneath the starry sky.
