DayDream Pool Club is a bit off the beaten path but the journey to the extreme south end of the Las Vegas Strip is worth it. Located at the M Resort, DayDream is a local favorite for hanging out before dark. This means an upscale adult pool experience without the overwhelming crowds drawn by some of the bigger venues on and nearer the Strip. When you go where the locals go you not only avoid the crowds. You are also sure to find a place that maximizes your entertainment dollars.
DayDream is in a secluded area of the larger Villaggio del Sole pool complex, which is open to swimmers of all ages. Despite its rather remote location, DayDream attracts many of the same big name entertainers you will find at any of the Strip pool clubs. But here you have room to spread out and you can party at a fraction of the cost.
Guests can cool off in the infinity pool or kick back in the hot tub and relax away the day’s worries. Private daybeds and cabanas are available for those seeking the ultimate day of partying or pampering. Cabanas offer easy access to the pool and a secluded retreat for relaxation and privacy. They provide the ideal place for groups to gather for birthday, bachelor and bachelorette celebrations.
Each traditional cabana accommodates up to 10 people and includes four lounge chairs, flat screen television, central fan, mini fridge and safe to lock up wallets, purses and other valuables. Cabana rentals come with a complimentary bottle of liquor and assorted juices and snacks.
The DayDream Party Jacuzzi made its debut for the 2014 pool season. This private covered patio area has room enough for 35 guests. It has its own 22-person Jacuzzi, lounges and couches for relaxing, a dining area, four flat screen TVs and an ice chest filled with snacks and beverages.
Also new for the 2014 season are two spacious Penthouse Patios. These elevated areas overlook the action on the main level and offer lawn furniture with umbrellas for a shady retreat from the hot desert sun. Each patio has a spacious lawn with equipment for guests to play beanbag toss and Beer Pong. Each Penthouse Patio can accommodate a maximum of 30 guests.
Talented mixologists serve up tasty handcrafted cocktails at the ice-railed bar located in a shaded area behind the DJ booth and facing the pool. The high-tech ice rail stays frosty despite the intense outdoor temperatures to keep your drink icy cold to the last drop. Order up the Island Blast, an eye-opening concoction made with Malibu rum, pineapple juice and Monster energy drink. Or swap the Malibu and pineapple juice for Absolut Apeach and peach schnapps and you get a Poolside Prickly Peach. How about a sinfully adult version of a childhood favorite? The Ultimate Root Beer Float features root beer flavored vodka, root beer and Brandy Alexander ice cream.
Throughout the summer, DayDream keeps up with rest of the Las Vegas pool scene with special events, bikini contests and top notch talent working the DJ booth.
L.I.P.P. Service Wednesday is the venue’s weekly local and industry pool party with tunes by resident DJ Sandman. Ladies enjoy complimentary admission and anyone who rents a cabana receives a free bottle of Grey Goose vodka.
DayDream Night Swim offers a poolside experience after dark on select Tuesday evenings throughout the summer. During these themed events, the pool area will be open from 8 pm until 2 am for swimming, drinking and dancing under the stars.
DayDream Pool Club offers the ideal place to soak up some sun and revel in poolside energy without the rowdy, party ‘til you drop scene found at most of the larger Las Vegas adult pool clubs. The venue is open Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and select Tuesday nights.
